This property was purchased as a completely treed 8.8 acre lot which was partially cleared and developed into a 2185 SQ FT, 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath home, with a huge 2 car garage. Building during the height of the Covid-19 lockdowns definitely threw some unexpected challenges my way in terms of getting supplies, but construction continued on schedule (for the most part) and was completed and sold to happy buyers as planned.
